I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a National Certified Counselor. I have served in numerous positions at Wrights Care Services over the past 3 years but most recently, I have worked as a part-time therapist. I graduated from North Carolina Central University in 2020 with Masters degrees in both School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to that, I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016 with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology.
I have experience working with a variety of individuals including children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and the elderly. I help clients dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance-use disorders, toxic/negative relationships, family issues, self-harming, self-esteem issues, and more. I aim to help my clients develop positive coping skills and strategies, build self-esteem and self-confidence, and provide them with the tools they need to make a change in their lives.
I am local to the Greensboro area and have lived here nearly my entire life. I enjoy traveling, exercising, eating, reading, and spending quality time with my labradoodle puppy.
