I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I have a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and a certification as a Clinical Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP).

I began my professional counseling experience in August 2019, where I have provided individual and family therapy to a variety of people from many different walks of life. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses alongside a psychiatrist, nurses, social workers, and other counselors. I have an educational background in psychodynamic  therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neurocounseling (brain-based clinical approaches) in which I utilize with clients. I am also versed in many other therapeutic modalities that focus heavily on mindfulness to create an individualized experience for each client.

I currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina and enjoy spending time with my puppy named Lilly and my cat named Mr. Tutti. I also enjoy nature walks, swimming, great food, mediation, and amazing people.
