Frequently Asked Questions
How much do services cost?
The costs of services differ depending on needs and personalized plans. All services are available through insurance coverage. No fee is required at the time of service; however the agency does file a claim through their insurance for reimbursement. Wrights Care Services accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Choice and self pay.

How do I sign someone up for services?
Any person may make a referral for themselves or someone they are legally or professionally responsible for. Referrals may be phoned in to our office, at which time general information about the individual being referred, will be gathered and an Intake Screening will be conducted. If deemed necessary based on the information provided, an appointment will be scheduled for the individual to obtain a clinical assessment by a Licensed Therapist to establish eligibility for services.

Can I decide how much time the worker spends providing services?
No. Once an individual has been determined eligible for the service, a Person Centered Plan is developed based on their individual needs. That plan along with a request to provide services, is then forwarded to a state contracted agency that then makes the approval decision for services, based on medical necessity. If services are approved by the state contracting agency, they will then authorize a select number of units, or hours in which Wrights Care Services, LLC may deliver services, within a specific time period.

How do I know what service would be best for me?
One of our therapists would be more then glad to sit down with you to discuss in detail what is most important to you and how the services we provide can benefit you.

What if the services you offer can't help me?
Wrights Care Services offers an array of services that may be able to help you, however if there is a situation where we cannot, we would be more then glad to link you to other provider who may be able to assist your specific need.

I am currently receiving services from another provider but I am unhappy?
The state of North Carolina is very specific about this. All individuals have the right to decided where they are receiving these services. However if you are unhappy with the services you are getting we encourage you to first voice your concern to your provider if you don't get any results you can asked to be discharged and we would be glad to serve you at that time.
