I work with a diversity of individuals ranging from youth and adults who have experienced trauma, but the bulk of my experience is with adults. I provide individual counseling , marriage, and family counseling, couples counseling, group counseling, and clinical assessments. I also work with individuals with anger management, grief, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, men and women issues, lack of motivation, separation/divorce, and phobias. I am equipped to work with a diverse and multicultural population. My main theoretical orientation is Solution Focused Brief therapy, which focused on solutions rant than analyzing problems. I utilize different techniques from theories of Person-Centered Therapy, Motivation Interview, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
